Before establishing an independent practice, I spent more than a decade leading the legal departments of AlbChrome and Bankers Petroleum Albania - two of Albania's most significant industrial and energy companies. Working inside those organisations shaped the way I practise law today. It taught me that legal advice creates value only when it can be implemented, understood by decision-makers, and aligned with the commercial realities of the business.
